Plating plant carries out Plating process on articles using different types of Gold Carats such as 9kt, 12kt, 14kt, 18kt, 22kt, 24kt and also to carry out Rhodium plating. Degreasing, Activation, multiple Rinsing, before Flash and Rhodium tanks  all placed according to the order of process and ease of operation and in controlled temperature value.

Description

Gold plating is the process in which a fine gold layer is coated over another metal by  an electrochemical reaction. During the electrochemical reaction a DC current  gold ions from the gold bath solution is adhered on to the negatively charged piece or article. Gold as itself is ductile and malleable. For enhancing the properties of the articles , materials like Silver,Copper and Nickel are introduced and gold plating is done of it to mimic the same appearance of gold.

Plating plant is used to carry out Plating process on articles using different types of Gold Carats such as 9kt, 12kt, 14kt, 18kt, 22kt, 24kt and also to carry out Rhodium plating. Various Cleansing actions are required before plating of articles. Thus the Plating plant contains a series of Poly propylene  tanks for Degreasing, Activation, multiple Rinsing, Flash and Rhodium tanks  all placed according to the order of process and ease of operation and in controlled temperature value. The plating plant thereby improves production and quality of plating.
