The Vapour Honing Machine is designed to create special fine surfaces on jewellery tree. Dress up simple castings, stone-set rings, brooches and pendants, even better than conventional vapour blasters. It is also very proper for platinum jewellery.Micro-fine glass beads, blasted with water, gives the jewellery tree a fine satin-frosted finish. By the micro-fine surface the risk of fingerprints is extensively reduced.

• Homogeneous mixing of abrasive ( Fine Zirconia Beads )  with water  in  a movable tank for abrasive material by a high speed 3 phase motor controlled by a VFD
• Cleans the oxides of the casted surface and gives glitter on the surface of the casted pieces and mesh up the porous surface of the casting
• Proper rinsing which is mandatory for the operation
• Provided with tough Working gloves that endures high pressure of mix
• Light Cabinet and Foot-operated switch for cleaning tree with water
• Water and blasting media mixes with controllable compressed air at the  Nozzle for blasting
